cdsl810 181 #1 Posted August 9, 2015 Today I unexpectedly sold my 310-8, named "Octopony." It is a great little beastie, very useful for slow and steady type work. Anyway, someone just out-of-the blue offered me enough cash for it to make it worthwhile. Of course, if you sell a Horse then that money becomes Horse feed to attract the next one that follows you home. Goodbye, my friend...How many of you have had to let go, when you least expected to? cdsl810 181 #4 Posted August 9, 2015 My young daughter asked me the other day if the tractors were boys or girls. I guess if another one suddenly shows up we will know that we have one of each, plus a baby.
Aldon 4,828 #5 Posted August 9, 2015 For me it's usually I enexpectedly add one to herd. There are times I wish for an occasional unexpected sale. As noted, it allows you to go back on the hunt:-)
Wheel-N-It 2,976 #6 Posted August 9, 2015 I've sold a couple of Wheel Horses unexpectedly this year. After careful thought I've determened the right number of good running and working horses for me is four, but then I always buy one or two more and never have less than five.
