Snow Plow angle bar

Anyone know where I can get a angle adjust bar for my snow plow?
I am sure I can make one, but an original would be nice.

not sure what you mean by 'angle bar'.  What item # in this schematic do you need?
my direct email is:

My guess is #25...The handle that turns the plow side to side.
Bunnybuster, :WRS:..The item that I think you need is probably "plow specific" so we need a plow model number OR better yet, :banana-gotpics:

Yes, it is number 25 on the schematic.   I am in the process making one,
The picture helps a lot.    I have the bar itself all fabricated but I now need the part #30   it is the squeeze lever to release the spring loaded pin to angle the plow.
I will attempt to fabricate that also....unless anyone has one ?

Well,
Now I have the release lever all finished, and tomorrow, I will get the painting done on it all and maybe send a picture of my C-160.
The one I have is ,  I think, actually a C-162 because it has the rare 16 HP Tecumseh engine.  OHV and rocker box on top.
So...now I have also finished the plow angle adjustment bar.  The most time was spent on making the release , pin lever.  It works wonderful and quite worth the time to make it.  Here are a couple pics of the final result.wheel_horse_plow_003.thumb.jpg.d87788a9f

Not to nit pick a great fab job, but the release lever will work more ergonomically if it were on the "front" side of the bar.

Well, maybe oldredrider could be right, but, it works really fine the way I made it.  The long lever makes it very easy to pull the pin on the plow angle.
It doesn't take much at all to work that lever.  My wife can do it easily.

Look at the schematic again...you've mounted the HAND LEVER backward....it is on the wrong wide of the tall INDEX LEVR.  Your fingers should wrap around the HAND LEVER ....not the INDEX LEVER as in the way you have it.  The way you have it, wrist action is needed to operate it....should be just finger grip action.

I designed it that way.  By making the lever as you suggest, and according to the schematic,  it puts the pull wire out front of the lever, and also at an angle on the pivot triangle.  It takes more force to operate.  The way I have it, there is a straight upwards pull on the release triangle.  No wrist action involved.  Simply push your hand  towards the release lever and grab the adjust lever.  I think my design is superior to the schematic , and I am sticking to it.
