jusjeepn 59 #14 Posted November 17, 2008 Well if your going to Muncie I better lock my garage, barn and tool shed up cause you in my neck of the woods. But if the horse from IL. happens to fall off the truck... . I think i know that guy. Ask him if'n he still has the Struck Mini Beep. Last I knew he had it for sale also. It is one nice ride, deck and all. If your interested in it too you better have some deep pockets. I think it was around $3500. May not even be the same guy, but if it is, plan on spending some time there. He has a huge collection and some showroom new 1960's yellow tractors. Hey Bill, I pass that MacDee's almost every day! :D

Wild Bill in Richmond, Va. Dont you realise we were glad to get rid of the Tucky powered ones! About 30 years ago the Australians were complaining that a lot of criminals and drug addicts were leaving New Zealand and going to live in Australia. The Prime Minister of New Zealand at the time told the news media that it was "a good thing, and raises the average IQ of both countries..."

wh500special 2,267 #18 Posted November 17, 2008 I just have to ask this ,,,but what in the world is a Struck Mini Beep? His name is Stan...Is that the same guy? When you roll thru IN on your way to Stan's you'll practically be in my front yard. I'm 10 miles north of the last IN exit as you head into IL on I74. You're welcome to stop by... I think the IL guy with the mini beep was Mark "jaxn". He's up in the Quad Cities area somewhere but I don't recall exactly. Maybe Moline (Deere country). I know HIS old 754 is now in PA... Don't be bashful about hauling tractors out of here as long as you pay my export tariff... have a nice trip. Steve
Teddy da Bear 11 #19 Posted November 17, 2008 It's no good to close the borders ...... I've been slippin' Wheel Horses out of Indiana for years ...... in broad day light!I think it is time we "lo-jacked" Bill's truck. Or we could put one of those ankle bracelets on him like the cops do to keep track of criminals.... :hide:
DMESS 24 #20 Posted November 17, 2008 Mark is in East Dubuque. He DID have another 754 after the one that went to PA. Not sure where that one went though. Maybe he still has it. I'll be doing an Indiana run myself at some point to fetch my 1046 and anything else I can procure along the way. :D
CasualObserver 3,411 #21 Posted November 17, 2008 And yes... last I talked to him Mark still had the Struck Mini-Beep. And I believe Duke mentioned Les Sheesley the other day... he's got at least two of them too. Bought them after he sold all his Wheel Horses. Someone asked what it was.... please look at Mark's website for more info... he has the brochure in a PDF there. And take a look around... he's got (or had) a ton of cool stuff!
