Hey guys, my battery will not stay charged. There are two wires, looking out of the flywheel shroud, guessing those are the alt. Wires...not sure if its even any good...where would I hook those two wires?

How would I know whether or not the regulator is good? Also how could I tell if the alt. Is working or if it's just that the battery is junk?

The best test instructions are in the Kohler service manual. I suspect you have a 15 amp system but the engine spec number would confirm that if you post it. Some did have a 10 amp system.
