varosd 1,185 #1 Posted June 7, 2015 I know we are almost into summer but I saw this Rustoleum NeverWet ad and wondered if anyone has used it on snow throwers, bottom of decks?I sprayed the snow thrower wings and chute. It changed the WH Red to a Red-purple tinge with a textured frosted feel. the auger is next.Water does just bounce off!not sure how snow, slush or ice will work on it? now, where is all that snow?1?!under a deck to ward off the clippings?http://www.rustoleum.com/en/product-catalog/consumer-brands/neverwet/neverwet-kit
953 nut 60,224 #2 Posted June 7, 2015 I have used Plasti dip inside my deck with good results, one spry can will do a deck and debris rinses off with ease. You can get it at Lowe,s or HD.
Racinbob 11,976 #3 Posted June 7, 2015 That sounds interesting. Survival on the underside of a deck is a challenge to say the least. I coated mine with Por-15 earlier this year. So far I'm impressed. It's like Teflon and so far is holding up perfectly.
