doc724 925 #1 Posted May 23, 2015 I have a 416H that is plagued by the typical fuse block and Molex connector problems. I have searched the forums for suppliers (other than Toro) for the the fuse block and the terminals with no luck. Toro will only sell the fuse block anyway. Bob Maynard has kits for the 9 pin Molex connector I am told.Anyway, I have surfed around and I believe that the fuse blocks and terminals are made by Delphi. They are a Delphi Pack-Con 3 product. They are available at Waytek Inc (on line) for reasonable price (I have not yet checked shipping costs).Delphi P/N's are as followsFuse block: 12004943 $1.45 ea Min qty=4Terminal 12GA: 12020400 (unplated brass) $.29 ea Min qty=50Terminal 14-16GA: 12020321 (unplated brass) $.14 each min qty=50Minimum qty make this a bit pricy and it is the terminals that fail, not the fuse block. Also, I believe there are tin plated terminals available and these are the ones to get. The tin plate will make a gas (not to be confused with gasoline) tight seal with the fuse so oxidation will be minimized.Anyone else found a source for these parts? boovuc 1,090 #3 Posted May 24, 2015 One of our members here offers some specific parts for Onan Powered Wheelhorse tractors. His website specializes in retro kitchens but if you look, you'll find fuse block repair kits for the blocks in the WH's.http://classickitchensandmore.com/wheel-horse-tractors-parts-c-42/?zenid=kjrevi19bh591vgigu8jtcm945
