Commando snow blade help

Recommended Posts

I was just given a nice 42" snow blade that I'm going to paint and take to Indiana for my grandson. It will be going on the 1972 Commando 800 (1-0110) that I restored for him. The best I can tell is that the blade frame is a 6-4113 which is correct for that tractor. There's two questions I have. First. does anybody have a picture of the angle adjusting lever? The one I have is angled out about 9" from the bottom. There's different styles depending on the tractor. Second, the lift link I have is the long 7706 and I need the short 102665. It easy to make but I would appreciate the dimensions. My issue is that I'd like to have it ready to slap on when I get there but I'm 1000 miles from the tractor so I'm doing this blind. I don't want to get into any fabrication up there. Thanks.

Part # 105052 replaces 102665.

From my notes
1/4"x1-1/4"x5-1/4"
3/8" pins 5/8" long 4-1/8" center to center

This was posted long ago but have no way of confirming it is accurate.

Thank you Garry. I'll make one like that. Maybe somebody will confirm those numbers but I'm betting it will work fine.
