Well i came across this today and kinda reconised the deck that's on it and was wondering, it a horse?

going by the sticker on the hood it appears to be a camel  hahaha

 

I do agree though about the deck looking really familiar, 36" rear discharge? almost looks like an older   seat too?

 

it does look like a cool machine but a lot going on just to be a riding mower? maybe its cheaper and easier to maneuver then an actual riding garden tractor? im curious now  hopefully someone else will chime in with some info

I don't think it is a Wheel Horse, but that hood looks factory made.

European by the looks of it with a full cover to lower the sound level and any catch-points of bystanders.

I don't think it's either but it's pretty cool. That deck sure does resemble a 36" RD.
