cheapheap 1 #1 Posted April 26, 2015 i have a toro wheel horse model 14-38hxl and the hydro tranny doesn't work,the lever wont move on the side of the tranny i guess it is called the shift lever,anyway what transmission will fit on this tractor the woman who owns this doesn't want to spend anymore money on this free mower.
