Command CV15 Vertical Shaft Wheel Horse

Recommended Posts

I picked up a Wheel Horse that I knew had problems.  The previous owner was using it last Fall and the engine starting making noise.  He pulled it into his garage and shut it down.  It has never started since then.

I have torn it doen to the flywheel and I can only get the engine to turn partially before it comes to an abupt stop.  I turn it the other direction and get the same results.

The strange part is you can here pressure from the piston and valves.

Any suggestions on where I should look first?

this is probably a thread that's would get better responses in the engine section maybe the mods will move it.

I am not much of an engine guy but Im thinking you have a broken piston rod I think that's usually the cause to what your describe.
