Factory Wheel Horse Front Mower Carrier for 300, 400, 500 series????

So this is a new one on me -- Haven't read about this on here -- Is this correct??

 

Posting also says owner modified to accept 60" deck

(This is called a front mount mower carrier and is used to mount the Toro/Wheel Horse Tach-a-Matic mower decks out in front of the tractor on the front Tach-a-Matic hitch. It is a model 79380 and was made in 1998 according to the serial number.      .......    This attachment was designed to be used only with the 42" and 48" side discharge mower decks. The manual says it may not work with some 42/48" decks older than 1978, so you would have to check with a dealer if you have an older deck. The manual says the 42" decks can be pivoted vertically for cleaning while mounted in the carrier. Does not say anything about the 48". )
