Jake Kuhn 1,547 #1 Posted March 28, 2015 (edited) Finally have the 57 pretty much done! Just a few things to go back and fix and it will be finished. Started on this one over 2 years ago, just have been dragging my feet and working on it a little at a time. Pretty happy with how this one came back. I may attempt the paint pen trick on this one, but going to try it out on a another hood before I risk messing this one up. Anways here's a couple pictures of it out today, sorry they didn't turn out so well. Thanks, Jake Edited March 28, 2015 by Jake Kuhn

Jake Kuhn 1,547 #14 Posted March 29, 2015 Thanks all, and as for bringing it/making it to the show, we do hope to make it but don't yet know if we can. And if I do make it I will probably only bring one tractor and if I had that choice I think I would bring my 59 if its done or my 401. I do like this 35, but for a riding around tractor they are very SLOW. lol

stevasaurus 22,233 #20 Posted March 29, 2015 That is an excellent look Jake...she's a beauty for sure. Ya...1 horse at the show...have to have room in the pickup for stuff coming back. I remember looking at your haul last year.
new2horses 287 #21 Posted March 30, 2015 Jake, I think it looks GREAT too! I did the paint pen trick on my RJ 58 and it works well, just a word of caution, one coat usually doesn't cover, so multiple coats are required, allow 24 hours or more between coats. Hope to see you in LaGrange.

Hope to see you in LaGrange. Thanks Dave! Don't know if we'll make it to lagrange this year, but may try. I am planning to make it down to portland again though, so hopefully will see you then. I will probably be tractorless though. That is an excellent look Jake...she's a beauty for sure. Ya...1 horse at the show...have to have room in the pickup for stuff coming back.
