Clevis hitch question

Does anyone have a picture of a clevis hitch in the down position? I think they sit lower than I think. The top of the clevis hitch is lower than the botton of the sleeve hitch correct?

That is how mine is. I don't have a picture - no light in the tarp tent.

:banghead: Hey david, when my back hitch cable broke i made it a little shorter and put a small , strong chain on the back end of it and i can adjust the hitch up and down to accomodate the plow or whatever i hook up, also use it to adjust the depth in the lowest position , it limits the travel the hitch will let a attachment dig in, i also used a size bigger cable , it fit in the tube better than the small cable that was in it, don't know the size of it, i used a cable that came off a pop up camper, works great...lol
