Battery always charges but when I take readings they are only up to 12.50 with wild fluctuations at full throtle. With engine not running battery is always charged up to 12.35 volts. bmsgaffer 2,043 #2 Posted February 12, 2015 I think both of your posts connect here. 12.35 is not a fully charged battery. Should be about 12.7 or so. 12.35V is somewhere around 50-60% SOC (state-of-charge) at rest. Might have something to do with your hard starting problem.
