How do I change gauges in my wheel horse 520?

whats the best way to take off and replace the gauges on a wheel horse 520-H?

Steering wheel removal, then any controls that go through the plastic shrouding covering the dash gauges (biggest pain of the whole job).  Remove the 2 phillips screws and it is easy after that.
