6wheeler 669 #1 Posted January 13, 2015 Hi all. I am wondering what the recommended engine oil weight for this machine. I was thinking about running 15w-40 in it being as it doesn't do much after fall harvest time. It is used for spring and fall tillage and for raking during the summer. It also pulls my pull behind mower as well some times. I run straight 30 in everything else. Asking because,? nearly all my vehicles run 15-40 and I always have it in stock. Also (and this may sound silly) Where is the oil filter on this thing. As it doesn't have an hydraulic filter? looks like thet thought an engine oil filter was a waste of space too .
