Geno 1,929 #1 Posted December 24, 2014 Need ID help with some stuff from the latest haul. I have a few things now and will have to take pics of a lot of other things over the next week or so as we get them out. This tractor has no model number - The grader is WH but has no number, the blade has 3 holes at the top like the blade can be flipped when worn - No idea what this is or who made it - This plow has no tag either - More to come later... ericj 1,579 #2 Posted December 24, 2014 not sure what exactly the plow fits i believe it's for a vertical shaft tractor. i took one in trade several years ago in real nice shape and could not sell it so i cut it up and made a special project that i will reveal at the big show this year eric j
Jake Kuhn 1,579 #3 Posted December 24, 2014 First tractor is a 1045....only 1100 or so made, was the transition tractor between round hood and square hood. The grader blade fits the 60's tractors, I believe the model number is mb405 but I'm probably wrong. Cultivator I don't know much about. And the snow blade would be for a vertical shaft but I"m not sure what model. I had one earlier this year and ended up just selling it so someone could use the front half for another blade as a lot of them didn't see much use. WheelHorse79 271 #4 Posted December 25, 2014 Yes, that definitely looks like a 1045. It is missing the hood ornament and correct tires, but otherwise looks complete. There should be a little paper serial number tag on the left side of the tank stand just under the gas tank. Is it still there? If so, could you please provide the serial # in this thread? We are keeping an inventory of known 1045 serial numbers. Again, congratulations on such a nice haul!
Geno 1,929 #5 Posted December 25, 2014 Thank you 79. The serial tag is still on it, I'll get it on here in the morning. I have the hood ornament for it and tires like I saw on yours on another tractor in the mix. Maybe it's all here somewhere...
squonk 43,774 #6 Posted December 25, 2014 That grader will fit just about anything I believe. I built a home made grader and I could put it on my 704, take it off and mount it on my 76 C-160 take it off and mount it on a C-145 I had without changing a thing. The mounting dimensions were all the same I think.

sorekiwi 761 #19 Posted December 26, 2014 Agreed that the grader blade fits just about anything. I've had mine on everything from a 1067 to a 518.
Callen 64 #20 Posted December 27, 2014 Geno, If you got any engines in the deal, look for a K241 AS as that would be the correct engine for that 1045 and a belt guard that may have remnants of 1045 in the off set. The belt guard is a bit different and only came on a 1045 and 1055. Should look like this one...
