Google Kohler B230039.

 

Edit: Checking the eBay item you linked to, the number in the description is B230039-10, but the number on the box is B230039.

Kohler rods .010 usually have a hole drilled in them near the crank end.

B230039 is a 7hp standard rod a .010 under would be B230039-10.

If I'm not mistaken, shouldn't they all have a hole in the end? An oil hole is what it is called, I believe.

That hole you are referring to is in the cap. Yes, they all have that. The hole mentioned earlier is in the rod.
