sorekiwi 761 #1 Posted October 19, 2008 Stopped and looked at a David Bradley walk behind tractor at a garage sale today. I know nothing about them, but being a sucker for old sh!t, I had to have a look... Actually pretty cool machine, but what I was really impressed with was the enginering in the implements (cultivator, snow plow, sickle mower). Really some cool ideas, for example the height adjustment on the cultivator. The guy was firm on wanting $300 for the stuff ($300 I havent got!), but from a quick search on ebay and craigslist it looks like the stuff sells for very little anyway. Glad I stopped and had a look though.
Kelly 1,031 #2 Posted October 20, 2008 I've had a couple of them for parts, paid $5 for one and $10 for the other, both had reverse and one had wheel weights, I sold the reverse off them on ebay for over $100 each and the wheel weights for $90 and got another $40 out of pieces, junked the rest, but as a rule most stuff don't sell.
