Lagersolut 613 #1 Posted December 3, 2014 I'd like to thank rmaynard for helping out with this little project , he sent me some ( cut to size ) brake material from Mcmaster Carr to try on a PTO brake - had the idea to make on up and use contact cement like he was doing with the brake bands .....no more rivets to scar up the bell . I had a new one here NOS with less than 1/16th of braking material to the rivets . Included the contact adhesive used in the pic.

Lagersolut 613 #3 Posted December 3, 2014 Let us know how it holds up over time. Sure thing, was a little slow getting this posted, actually had it made up installed awhile ago,.....but .....I was back and forth on the tractors burning oil issue ( tear it down ...run it..tear it down ...run it. ) and ended up just tearing it down and getting it over with, valves done, bored .010 over etc. So far it's held up good.
