I have a 96 wheel horse 314H & I would like to attach a snowblower. Would like to know what would work on it. I picked up a 42" snowblower attachment. Spur of the moment in the dark. Its in good shape but I think its for a lot older tractor. Here's a few pics if anyone could give me any info it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Looks like it is for a vertical Toro -an earlier version of the Toro before they bought wheel horse!  I don't hink it will work on your 314!

I'm not sure but doesn't look like it would be that hard to make work from here. You would need a frame mount pully like the earlier decks used for power and fab the rear mount into the center quick attach and the lift from the arm to snow blower frame  Just me I saw it done with a sears one before

Thanks. I had some time to mock it up & I could fab it up. I just dont have time to do it. Im a painter in a collision shop & its crash season. Been out straight. Just assume sell it & find the rite one. If you guys know anyone interested close to Maine or know of one that'll work on mine for sale keep me in mind. Thanks for all your help.

I'd say be sure to hit up some of those Facebook lawn and garden sell/swap group pages. There are guys that collect those old Toro and Springfield models that would probably love to find that blower in that condition! Doesn't look that heavy and I assume in your business shipping something that size wouldn't be that much of a put-out.  Good luck!

Any model and serial numbers on it?

This manual covers a 32" and 42" model.

Hello and   :WRS:

Go here - http://www.toro.com/en-us/parts/pages/partslookup.aspx and enter 59030 in the search box, 2 choices come up.  The serial doesn't match the description but it brings up a snow blower that looks like the one you have.  The 42" snow thrower shows a mower on the cover in the pic but it is actually a snow blower manual when you open it.

Just checked and it is the same one Garry put up too.  He's a hard man to beat!   :handgestures-thumbsup:

0001705 is consistent with 1970 Toro serial numbers for other Springfield product.

See if you can get it here

https://lookup3.toro.com/request/request.cfm

That should take you to the 4 page operator manual.

Try here for the illustrated parts lists

https://lookup3.toro.com/partdex/index.cfm?xCaller=Toro

Then open the 1968 page. For some reason there is nothing there for the 1969.

These parts lists include both the 32" and 42" version but fail to list which model uses which part.

Model number 59030

Use 8912345 for a serial number
