BairleaFarm 339 #1 Posted October 16, 2008 Remeber I posted about that hitch and the front mount blade? I ask over at MTF what kind of tractor they fit. I got a PM from a guy that said they fit one of his sears tractors and wanted to know if i would trade them for a b80. aaaa Yeah. Good trade i thought he will be by the weekend of the25th. it's a 76 B-80 8 speed. it's been refitted with a kohler 12hp. number 3121594 model K301s 47407c. kpinnc 10,944 #3 Posted October 16, 2008 B-80 + 12hp Kohler = C-120 8 speed. Fairly stout tractor! Go for it! Kevin

BairleaFarm 339 #7 Posted November 27, 2008 Finally - made the trade today. The wiring is horrible. And the fuel lines may be original. The guy I traded said it smoked and had a knock at low RPMs but worked fine at full throttle. I think im going to put the 16hp off the C160 since ive got it and it runs great. Didnt get much time to work on it tonight but hopefully she will be good to go tomorrow.
Kelly 1,028 #8 Posted November 28, 2008 It's aready had a transplant, that should be a 8hp motor in there, not that 12hp, 16hp should be a bolt in if it's the right style oil pan.
Kelly 1,028 #9 Posted November 28, 2008 Yup should be the right pan if from a C-160, not a C-
