Update on 523Dxi Sleeve Hitch

When I installed the JB Sleeve Hitch, I had to turn the bottom support plate 180 degrees to clear the sleeve hitch. That left me without a place to pull attachments using a trailer ball. Everything I have has been converted to use a trailer coupler. I didn't like the manufacturer's solution of putting a ball on the end of the hitch as that extended out too far. Looking for a solution I found that Heavy Hitch made just what I needed. It is elevated by about 1"  and clears the actuator easily.

 

I'm still awaiting the forst snowfall to give it a try!

Hey John - that looks a little complicated for an "x" Coast Guard member. That should probably be mounted to a more technical savy individual who played with planes and Generals!
