Clevis Hitch

How is it possible to lift and to let down the clevis hitch. Is there a chain? And how is it operated? Is it solid enough to lift off a plow ?

The clevis hitch is raised by a cable that attaches to the implement lift arm at the front and a bellcrank under the fenders. The hitch is attached to the bellcrank with a short chain. The weight of the attachment lowers the hitch, and the cable /chain raises the hitch.

If will lift a plow, rototiller, scraper blade, etc. with ease.

That is exactly what i need. I have find a plow and have attached it on the standard hitch, but when i will turn i can

Sadly no clevis hitch at ebay for the time. Is there anybody here who has one too much?
