Docwheelhorse 2,740 #1 Posted October 13, 2008 Hello All, brought the 1054 home from showing it at the Big "E" 2 week fair and it sat in the shed for a couple of weeks now. Took her out yesterday when I started re-arranging my stash of decks, parts and attachments. Hooked up the trailer and got 6-7 hours of seat time the last couple of days. :horseplay: I have many tractors and I tend to leave the older ones alone feeling they have earned retirement and why chance breaking something.... :imstupid: Well after driving "Betsy" around it just felt good driving the old piece of iron. So good that I took one of my left for dead Commando 8's and spent an afternoon changing out the choke cable, the ignition switch and so on... She runs and drives and will be getting a snow blower. These old girls just don't quit and I think I am going to start running them like they where meant to be. Thank you Elmer & Cecil Pond for the Gosh Darn BEST tractor PERIOD
