So this is the one I saved from the scrap yard.. Not sure what it used to be or what it is now.

Sparky

My guess is a 654 or a 704.

Serial numbers will not identify a tractor model but have a few serials recorded.

There are two series of 1964 serial numbers. They used up leftover decals from 1963 and they range A-50086 to A-75181

2nd series starts at 3301

There is a 1964 model 604 serial 17899

There is a 1964 model 604 serial 17903

Then your serial number 18949

The 1st 1964 model 1054 is serial 19578

The highest 1964 serial number 49725

There is a chance the A-xxxxx serials followed the above and they just disregarded the A- which would make 75181 the highest. In other words the A-Series may have been used at the end of the 1964 model year.

The RM-324 was sold 1964 and 1965. The 122333 is a 1965 serial number. Another member here at RS has serial 122336.

I will leave the model identification to the experts.

That serial number looks to be a 704 serial number I have two 704's and their serial numbers start the same as that
