gsummers 236 #1 Posted October 5, 2014 I bought my 2nd Horse today, a 1990 312-8 with a 38' deck, it has 782 hrs and is in very nice condition except for 1 problem. The axle bearing on the right side is junk, a lot of play there. Will have to do a transmission job on it. I think it will need a new right axle, I will be looking for help here in the near future, it is in my Dads garage now, lots of room and heated also, got all winter to play with it. I think I got a pretty good deal for $200.00!!! Starts right up, no smoke, and purrs like a kitten at idle. 6 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

gsummers 236 #6 Posted October 5, 2014 Yes, the deck was included, Dad is going to pressure wash it tomorrow and start taking off sheet metal, The axle bearing and seal is #1 priorty on the fix up scale.
