Dual Engine Wheel Horse

Saw this intriguing tractor at a antique engine show in NH last weekend. Dual Motors..

The belts from both motors connected to one shaft. Then there was another belt from the center shaft to the transmission.

Ummm ok but wouldn't one engine spin backwards?? :confusion-scratchheadblue: :confusion-scratchheadblue:

 

How did they reverse the shaft rotation of the other motor?  Half twist in the belt? or did it have some sort of gearbox?

Half twist in the belt. Tried to get a good pic of the center shaft but it was too tight.

Best "LOOKING" dual engine Wheel Horse i've seen yet....very cool(or at least it looks cool) :) .     And I think those Lawn Ranger tires are really Awesome looking too!! :handgestures-thumbupright:  :handgestures-thumbupright:  :teasing-poke:
