Retired Wrencher 6,039 #1 Posted September 6, 2014 (edited) I put the 606 engine back together for test for spark. All new in side a 30560A coil new China points made up a new wire from points to engine ground or 2 wire terminal on engine shroud= 1 green wire from key to there and 1 red wire from point terminal to there. so all new parts. I check key for continuity it only has one terminal any so that easy it was fine. Also it has a new key way the tapered end towards engine. Also a new J8C plug. Also I have a light tester I put on the 657 and it worked fine.So did I miss anything??? it is simple engine. so any info would be appreciated. Gary B....
