I would stick with the Briggs if its a good runner and avoid the Tecumseh headache.

Just my opinion.

Interesting snow plow. I didn't think the standard Lawn Ranger blades had trip springs...mine doesn't.  Did th mounting plates come with the blade?  They are usually missing in action

Nice little Lawn Ranger, a rare 1968 version. The only year with the 3 spoke steering wheel, decals on the hood and the last year for the round hood design! Good find on that one!

Alright, sorry for the delay on the replies.. its not running yet turns out the briggs being out in was not done well I will post some pictures. And it did have the brackets for the blade with it. I dont know about keeping the briggs, for one it doesnt fit under the hood right

I looked on ebay, searched h60 and found one from a rupp go kart with 120v starter. no carb but good compresion. saw a $65 buy now so i grabbed it. :)  good luck
