cleat 4,990 #1 Posted August 9, 2014 I put this hitch together to make use of the rear lift installed on this tractor for the rototiller. Since the tiller is only on for a short period of time I figured I might as well make use of it to move my utility trailer around the yard and be able to hook up by just backing under it and lifting until the ball engages. I now have everything to make it work, just working right now to get another building together to store my Wheelhorses and attachments. cleat 4,990 #8 Posted August 20, 2014 Made up new receiver and hooked up trailer to check my work. Trailer raises and lowers fine, not enough to automatically detach but good just the same. aaubrey96 0 #9 Posted August 21, 2014 That's what I need to build a hitch like that last picture has. Mine just has a hitch receiver welded onto the stock hitch. SousaKerry 500 #10 Posted August 21, 2014 I Cheated to make my version. I have the Brinley Slot hitch on the back of my tractor. I had an old ball laying around that I cut the threaded end off of. Took it to work and put it in the lathe and drilled and tapped a 1/2-13 hole in the back side. One long 1/2" bolt through the adapter hitch and it works great.
