wrmhaste 235 #1 Posted August 7, 2014 Does anyone happen to know the correct belt size for a 1992 520h with a 48" deck? It's the belt from the motor to the deck. I just replaced it at the beginning of the year with one from the Toro dealer but it seemed too small. I had to fight it to get it on the inside pulley of the pto. Once it was on the mule drive would only come away from the front axle 1/8" I've checked my attachment points ten times thinking I messed up. daveoman1966 3,841 #3 Posted August 7, 2014 102742 is the correct belt. Are you sure you have the deck mounted right? Here are a few pages from the manual for 42 - 48 decks. wrmhaste 235 #4 Posted August 8, 2014 Thanks guys. Just as I thought the guy gave me the wrong belt. I don't have the part number handy but it's a 102". The Toro dealer near me has a terrible attitude and seems to hate everyone. I'm going to pick up a cheap temporary and order the correct oem one. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
