chev0545 231 #1 Posted August 1, 2014 is there any adjustment to smooth the jerking on a 314-hydro forward & backwards
Nathanielperz 150 #2 Posted August 6, 2014 My 1276 transmission jerked because the belt was old and stretching which caused it to slip.
SousaKerry 500 #3 Posted August 6, 2014 Under the seat there is a friction adjustment that could be set too tight. Also remove the panel between the seat and stearing column and check for debris and broken or worn parts. Also it is a good idea to lubricate all the linkages under the panel. If your motion control lever is near the steering wheel lubricate those joints as well.
Kurt-NEPA 755 #4 Posted August 9, 2014 Hey Dave, have you had any luck getting that linkage smoothed out?
Navig8r 132 #5 Posted August 9, 2014 mine was on the sticky side too so I took the covers off and lubed up all the linkages just now . we'll see how it is later when I get to take it out for a test drive Sent from my ADR6350 using Tapatalk
Dirtdog524 61 #6 Posted January 16, 2015 i realize the posting is old but i would check the plate where the trans bolts to the frame. This area appears like it was under engineered .
