I've been waiting for them to show up on Ebay. Part number 102881. No luck. I can find them at the typical parts

stores. $36 each! Wow! Decided to do some searching and cross referencing and found these http://www.replacementlightbulbs.com/lamp41111.html.

$4.85 each and I THINK they're halogens based on other places that sell them. Shipping wasn't bad for 2 day priority. So I bought 6. I got 6 for the price of one!

 

I hope we can post links here. I don't remember the rules.

This is the part number for my 520's light which are Halogen 99-7310 (replaces 110792)  think they are 55 watts?

 

this is the part number for my workhorse and 416 : 102881   35 watts? 

 

more watts require more amps.

 

looks like it says 35 watts on the bulb in the picture.  still that's a good price. how much to ship?

It was $12.60 to ship 6 bulbs USPS 2 day priority mail.

 

They are 35 watt.

 

They may have the 55 watt also. I was just looking for the part number from my C-85.

Glen based on the photo they look like the ones in my tractor now. It has those spade

type connectors which my tractor uses.

I believe these are the same as what the jd's used, and if they are you should be able to pick them up at a auto parts store as well for around the same price.

4411 is a common Par 36 tractor 12 V lamp. You can get them at TSC , NAPA. They usually sell them as a tractor work light with the rubber mounting. The dash -1 on the end designates whether it's a spade or screw wire connection. Either one will work. If you burn out a bulb you can get one locally. Just take the bulb out of the rubber housing.

I got the headlights. Nowhere on the light or packaging does it say Halogen.

But I have found Halogen headlights with the same part number and cheap

price. So I don't know what I have but I have 6 of them!!

Great price and the lamps are workin' fine.

 

I also picked up lamps (same) at NAPA. On sale, $4.60 each, on the shelf. 

 

The Toro price is way out-of-line.

Is it Toro that's out of line or the middlemen? In the end however, the consumer get's screwed.

2000+ hours for par36 lamps selling for only $3 or $4 more.

Since they all moved to China many years ago I haven't seen anything better than 300 hour life.  The GE, Sylvania, Wagner, Halco, Tisco,

+ off brands are all 300 hour.  When a customer has to have the factory light for 4 times the price I try to educate them but sometimes they just won't listen.  I order the light from a dealer for them, then put the GE branded light that came in whoevers box in the tractor.  Some customers say they see the GE and wanted factory.  I tell them, (like I already had before) most of the time GE is factory, show them the back of their old light that says GE, then give them the fancy dealer box they paid for.  

 

Do you know where we can find a better one or made in USA one Save Old Iron?  That would be great if we could find one that was better and from here.

I am familiar with the long life of the Halogen/Xenon hybrid lights they have but I have tried them and don't like the color.  They look funny and seem to take away the old look of the tractor.  The blueish new color on the old tractor makes it look weird to me. 

 

I like them just fine on my Escalade though.
