Electro 12 Charger Automatic value?

My neighbor just bought a 1969 Electro 12 Charger Automatic with some sort of an engine issue, and equipped with a manual clutch.  He is supposed to check into the engine issue and get back to me if he is going to keep it or offer to sell it to me.  I really do not know very much about this model, however; I may be able to use some of the parts from it for my 1968 500 Special.  Anyone have a suggestion on the approximate value?  It also has a mower deck and a doser/snow plow with the rear axle attachment.

As always pictures help a great deal when it comes to determining a value.  I'd say anywhere from 100 bucks right upto 400.00. Not being able to see its condition and not knowing about the engines condition really puts a kink in setting a value. I'm not too sure how much the Electro is going to help you with parts for your 500. If you can get that Electro going they make a hell of a snow pusher...
