PaulC 342 #2 Posted July 2, 2014 the eaton 700 does not have a filter and I don't think the oil is ever supposed to be changed. Im not sure on the fuel filter but depending on year unless one was added i don't think it has one of those either. i have 2 312's and 87 and a 90 and i don't think either of them have fuel filters. boovuc 1,090 #5 Posted July 4, 2014 It is advisable to simply cut your fuel line in an area accessible but not against the motor and install an inline fuel filter. It will save you someday on a carb issue! 1 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
