rompus 2 #1 Posted July 1, 2014 (edited) I am surprised not to be able to find much carb info on my Kohler K141. I sent my carb to someone in the midwest who I am not going to mention for a throttle shaft bushing upgrade (drill out the hole and replace with a bronze bushing) and got seriously ripped off. He put a new float bowl gasket and float needle and housing and charged me over a 100 bucks. I could have done that myself. He never even cleaned the carb. Is there a replacement for the Carter carb or does someone else fix the throttle shaft problem these carbs have? By the way he never performed the throttle upgrade either.
