semperfi8185 56 #1 Posted June 21, 2014 (edited) When the tractor is running and the PTO is off it makes a noise like a worn/or dry spindle bearing. It also makes noise when I spin it by hand. I looked in the owners and shop manuals and couldn't find anything on PTO maintenance. It sounds lime a bearing needs to be lubricated.
