Amanda B 1 #1 Posted June 12, 2014 Anyone know if older WH snow throwers will fit a 416? I really like to add this attachment! Seen a few come up on CL but used on older tractors.. so curious! Also don't suppose any other brands (second choice) would fit?? Thanks! Amanda
SousaKerry 503 #2 Posted June 12, 2014 The list of compatible snow throwers is very lengthy. Basically almost anything meant to fit a Horizontal shaft Wheel Horse will fit. Anything from 1973 - 2008 with Tach-o-Matic will fit, the big thing to look for is to make sure all the parts are there. Most times they are missing the lift flag and lift tube but replacements can be made or found. There are 3 basic types out there. Your best bet would be to post a picture of the one you intend to buy and we can tell you if it will work or not. short shoot long shoot and the mother of all a 2 stage bearvac. wallfish 18,154 #4 Posted June 16, 2014 The single stage Wheel Horse blower out in my yard will fit your tractor. Electric controlled chute rotation. $150. If you bring your tractor, we can even hook it up. I'm about an hour and a half south of you, 01524
