restore on a budget.

Hi guys. I'm looking to do a restore on my 310-8. Everything is in decent shape on it the only thing I'm have trouble finding as of now is affordable tires. Any tips would be great. The tires on it hold air and aren't dry rotted but I want this to be show quality.

I second that. Took a peek at their website some weeks ago, and found their prices to be quite good. The selection was large too.

Thanks they are pretty cheap. I'm still waiting to see what 310 I'm restoring. My uncle has my grandfather's and I've been trying to get it off him for since 98. She is not a happy horse. 4 flats ,hasn't ran in 12 years, deck rotted off. wiring catastrophe etc.... I just bought an 89 310 that needs very little. I'm going to get it tip top turn key shape and try to trade it for my grandfather's.

Miller Tire is an excellent source also. Take a peek-a-boo here: http://www.millertire.com/

If the tires are not dry rotted and hold air I hear people painting them with tire paint. Dont know anything about it but might be an option.

The tires are good. I'm fine with buying new tires especially with all the great web sites everyone provided. The Cleveland One id's actually cheapest for the sizes I need. All 4 Carlisle turf master for just under $200. But I will remember the tire paint idea for any time I just want to give a tractor a quick refresh
