tbarnhart 240 #3 Posted May 31, 2014 I recently built a stainless muffler for my C-160. It's hard to work with unless you have the equipment to cut, shape, and weld it. I made mine with simple metalworking tools and a arc welder with 3/32 rods, but a tig setup would be the way to go. Show some pics if you go for it. Nothing like a muffler that doesn't rust out !
