Anyone looking to sell a single stage snowthrower for the 315-8?

I have a WH 315-8 and would like to have some fun this coming winter blowing snow in my neighborhood. People consistently don't do their sidewalks around here.  It would be nice for the school kids at least to get the walks cleared in a single pass, and I did just expand my driveway this year.

 

I was thinking that a single stage would be just fine. I believe that would be the 42 inch model #79362. 

I am near Baltimore, Maryland.  If you have wheel weights and tire chains I would be interested in that too.
