Hodge71 665 #1 Posted May 23, 2014 Can anyone help me here....I went to a different Toro dealer than my usual one. I needed a spindle belt for my 42" RD deck. Well I come home and this thing is a 92-6991and 132.50 inches long. Need less to say its way toooo big and Im wondering what the belt is for. I've searched the belt charts I have and I'm coming up blank and with a headache...fullly realizing bi focals are in my very near future. Im not driving 60 miles out of my way to return this thing so I guess I will either keep it if I can use it or sell it if it benefits a member here.....Just please let me know what it fits...Thanks in advance Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
gwest_ca-(File Mod) 11,472 #2 Posted May 23, 2014 92-6991 is the spindle belt for the 42" side discharge deck for the 260-Series of lawn tractor Deck model 78231 1996-2003 Deck model 78232 1996-1998 & 2000-2001 You need serial numbers at Toro to get to the correct files https://lookup3.toro.com/partdex/index.cfm?xCaller=Toro Post the model number and the expected serials will come up.
