305 380 #6 Posted May 20, 2014 it actually mowed good , sorry no video. motor runs great , but the throttle keeps slipping...there is no lock. seat is just OK , the pictures make it look better than it is. you can see a hole in it in the second picture i really don't plan on using it much for mowing....want to save on that Tecumseh V60

ZiggyKzoo 0 #12 Posted May 20, 2014 (edited) Back in the 70's and early 80's I was the parts manager for a local Wheel Horse dealer here in Kalamazoo. These were fairly common in the 70's and the parts customers rarely knew what model they had. Well in true parts man tradition of playing sixty questions we would deduce what they had and what part they were looking for. In this area we referred to them as the “Bath Tub†They were actually a fun mower and very reliable. I’m sure you will be having fun with the old girl. 305 380 #20 Posted May 21, 2014 . You got a deal on that one. this is the same one that was on Craigslist about a year ago , called and was sold....and then it reappeared Sunday night when the kid who got it decided to sell to get some money for a motor for a go-kart. i didn't beat him up too bad , i gave him $5 less than he was asking. JUSS10 250 #21 Posted May 21, 2014 It would be sweet to put a small set of tiller AG tires on the back and some little tri ribs up front (if they make them that small)
