Can my 1999 Toro 265H bolt on a 1988 42" mower deck from a 257H

My old tractor was the 257H that got passed down to me from my Dad.

 

I now have a 1999 265H and would like to use the deck from the old Wheel horse.

 

Any concerns with trying it?

 

The deck number is 05-42SK01   (Other numbers on the decal include 10003 and 8201)

 

If it does work, can I use the 38" rear bagging system that came with the 265H on the 42" deck?

 

Tractor did such a good job this winter, now I want to use it to mow.

 

It came with a 38" deck that looks great, but rotted through in multiple spots.
