312 REAR AXLE SEAL 100863 or 100443 ??????

Partstree shows 2 numbers for the seal.  Which one is it?   It is a 1 inch axle.  Is there a NAPA part number?

100863 is 1" ID, 100443 is 1-1/8" ID

There should be a cross reference chart pinned to the top of the transmission section.
