Jman7290 10 #1 Posted May 4, 2014 It will run the first time that I try to start it for about 20 seconds then shut off. It just spits gas out of the exhaust and acts like it is flooded out. I cleaned and rebuilt the carb, the float is not stuck. What else will cause it to flood like that?
daveoman1966 3,646 #2 Posted May 4, 2014 Maybe the float...doesn't. Possible pin-hole. Did you clean the needle & seat valve, or replace it? Replace it.
Jman7290 10 #3 Posted May 4, 2014 Got it thanks, the float was full of gas. Going to try to find the hole and solder it up.
