Recommended Posts

I own a 1984 wh 211-5 lawn tractor with the five speed manual in it I have the manual pto clutch brake that rubs on the bottom pulley under my rider. I need to find a new piece of that material I chatted with someone on here a few years ago I forgot who. I found a place that sell the stuff in bulk 7"x7" is the smallest piece I can get I forgot what the thickness of that. I will glue it on the pto lever not going to use rivets. I added a photo I found online of what I need. Thanks!

I made one of these pads a few years ago using the a nearly worn out Disc Brake Pad from my S-10 pickup truck. It took a couple tries to get it right and had to sand it down as it was too thick.  Just measure and mark your rectangular pad onto the disc pad, marking hole centers too...cutout to shape with sawzall.  Couintersink (drill) the 2 mounting holes and use large pop-rivets to attach to bracket.  I also used POR15 as reinforceing bonding agent.

Give it a try....
