CasualObserver 3,410 #6 Posted September 17, 2008 Hey Terry..... where'd you get that picture? That looks like the same tractor's in the blurry background of this picture. Or is that some narrow front conversion kit that there's a bunch of out there?
Brrly1 1,146 #7 Posted September 17, 2008 Why are we posting pictures of John Deeres? Any Answers?
CasualObserver 3,410 #8 Posted September 17, 2008 because we're in the off-brand topic :banghead:
T-Mo-(Moderator) 4,569 #9 Posted September 17, 2008 Jason, That was posted on the St. Louis area Craig's List. I didn't even pay attention to what he was asking, but just sort of found it funny with those tiny front wheels. John, "Other Brands" section. It's for other brands than Wheel Horse. Jim_M 179 #12 Posted September 17, 2008 It's a nice looking tractor until you get to those tiny little wheels.
Nick 13 #13 Posted September 18, 2008 Thought I saw that tractor before, my nephew got a trophy when he used it at the pedal pull.
Rollerman 290 #14 Posted September 18, 2008 Perhaps he should have used 1/4" pipe for the stack & an itty biddy seat too. Seems like with narrow front conversions there are two basic designs...little wheels under or bigger wheels out front. (TT's) Everyone has there own opinion on what looks right to them. Nick very cool pic....& those are the same wheels....LOL
oldandred 15 #15 Posted September 18, 2008 Hay John all it needs is a coat of red paint
Brrly1 1,146 #16 Posted September 18, 2008 I'll second that motion!! Sorry, I guess I wasn't paying attention to the topic, My fault Burly
Nick 13 #17 Posted September 18, 2008 Stephen, Yep its all what each person enjoys and likes to look at. I think smaller tires look fine on many tractors. Maybe not the hard rubber pedal tractor tires though. :banghead:
T-Mo-(Moderator) 4,569 #18 Posted September 18, 2008 No problem, John. You must have thought you entered some parallel universe, where not only did green and yellow take over the red square, but it had tiny front wheels also. :banghead:
