Hex Bolt Cap Covers

Recommended Posts

Lane Ranger

I am not selling these, I am just a customer but I have been using these Pro-Dec  Hex Bolt Cap Covers for years on my better tractors.  I have purchased white and chrome colored plastic Hex Caps for several tractors.  I recently bought some more and was pleased to see they now make them in four sizes.. 3/8. 7/16, 1/2 and 9/16 for snapping over the hex head of a bolt.   They protect the bolt head from rust and corrosion and also spruce up the looks of the tractor.  They snap off easily by putting a sharp edge underneath the side of the Hex Cap Cover.

You can find out more about them on their website.

Yes -not the greatest  close-up  but they are on the B-80   on the bolts around the shifter frame.   And they are on the 1967 Lawn Ranger around several locations, the belt guard and shifter frame, etc.   JUST CLICK ON THE PICTURE TO MAKE IT A LOT BIGGER AND YOU CAN SEE THE HEX BOLT COVERS!
